To create a future rooted in love, we must start by nourishing the seed inside ourselves. It’s Us vs the Problem, not Me vs You, or Us vs Them. Blame and shame can quickly poison our interactions, and we look within to show up to the table as whole subjects and not objects and victims of our traumas.
As we heal, we can frame our conversations to confront the ills of racism and other forms of subordination. Us vs the Problem. Together, we can put our minds to work and take action for the greater good of humanity: one conversation at a time.
