The Common Thread comes full circle with ‘Top-End’, honouring Darius’ friend and Indigenous poet Alice, whose loss to suicide is felt by many, as we take a journey through grief at a funeral ceremony, and explore the power of emotional expression in community. “I don’t think we talk about getting in touch with our feelings and identifying them… It’s an art, it takes practice.”
The Common Thread is a 6 x 5-8min video series in which Australians from all walks of life share their journeys with mental health, and tell us about the tools and tactics that have supported their recovery.
