The Common Thread – City

In our ‘City’ episode of The Common Thread, Darius meets students, young workers and foreign residents. The Common Thread is a 6 x 5-8min video series in which Australians from all walks of life share their journeys with mental health, and tell us about the tools and tactics that have supported their recovery. Episode 6 is called ‘Top-End’ and drops next Tuesday, August 13. We made this video to start important conversations about mental health and reduce stigma.
