This
webinar will explore the analysis of whole transcriptome from Chronic
Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) samples using the bioinformatics solutions from
QIAGEN. We will show how to import and process the raw FASTQ expression data
using OmicSoft ArrayStudio software, then interpret the underlying biology
using Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA). We will highlight the biological
signatures of CLL cells versus normal B cells: the transcriptional drivers,
the affected pathways and biological processes, and more.

• Analyze disease versus normal gene expression signatures to pinpoint
significant genes associated with CLL in IPA.

• Identify significantly differentially expressed isoforms and their
association to CLL and oncological mechanisms in IPA.

• Generate novel regulatory networks as hypotheses suggesting drivers of
the expression changes observed in CLL.

• Compare this CLL analysis to thousands curated and processed by OmicSoft
in IPA using the new Analysis Match feature to gain additional insights.
