It’s officially Summer! There’s a lot going on in the CMYFC ministry, and we want to let you know about a few things coming up.

The CMYFC Garage Sale is back, July 16th-17th at our Mt. Pleasant Facility – 1200 West High Street, 48858

We’re looking to fill our facility with big ticket items, furniture, equipment, boats, you name it. To do this, we need your help. Let us know if you have anything that we can sell to advance the ministry of Youth For Christ. Contact us and let us know if you can contribute, we’d be happy to come pick things up.

Mark your calendars, the CMYFC Annual Golf Outing is on Wednesday, July 29th. The event will take place at Bucks Run with a shotgun start beginning at 9:00 am. Look for more information to come.

Here at Central Michigan Youth For Christ, we are diligently taking all necessary precautions related to the coronavirus. We take seriously the health and safety of the kids, volunteers, staff and ministry partners.

Beginning on Monday, June 15th, we resumed face-to-face ministry with students. As we re-engage, these are guidelines that we have put in place:

Leaders and students will NOT be allowed to participate in gatherings if they are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

Students must have Parents/Guardians permission to attend Campus Life activities. Click here for permission form.

YFC leaders and volunteers will NOT transport students in vehicles. Students and leaders will transport to the location of the shared experience separately unless traveling together via bikes, walking, etc.

Groups of 40 can gather as long as they maintain proper social distancing (about 2 arms’ length) and can ensure appropriate safety precautions.

Shared experiences will be outdoors.

YFC facilities are not to be used at this time.

Leaders are required to complete the leader self-screening protocol prior to contact with students.

Masks and hand sanitizer will be available before, during, and after shared experiences.

We will continue to follow the health department’s lead on any quarantines, closures, or other health measures needed. All ministry will be in compliance with all local, state, and federal restrictions.

Join us in a Zoom call for a Time to Pray. Come be together and pray for all that God is doing in Central Michigan and throughout the world. Tomorrow, June 24th at 12:00 Noon.
